At Spotfree House Cleaning we believe you should never have to follow behind a maid service and do those little things that some maid services overlook. All Orlando maid services are not created equal. That's why we have a checklist we follow to be sure there isn't one spot in your house we've overlooked.

Need us to pay special attention to one area of your house? We're happy to customize a cleaning plan to suit your specific needs, or add special instructions whenever you need that something extra.

If you have special requests or have other needs please include them in your request for a cleaning quote and we'll be happy to add them to our list for a fee.

 

Bathrooms
Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
Vanity top cleaned **
Towels changed (if left out)
Mirrors cleaned
Windowsills wiped down
Trash emptied
Baseboards dusted or wiped
Vacuum and/or mop floor
Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates

 

Kitchen
Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Cabinet fronts washed or dusted
Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
Floor vacuumed or mopped
Exterior of appliances cleaned (interior cleaned upon request)
